Our library abounds with memorable pictures of a lifetime’s unusual adventures, often in the company of leading edge explorers, scientists, athletes, writers and others creatives at peak moments in their own careers. In many cases we have the only pictures, just as we have other pictures of cultures long-since changed, landscapes in the balance and other topics that are hard to find anywhere else. But they’ve mostly been hidden from the world.
Now, for the first time we are able to put these online and make them available to anyone for viewing, purchase or licensing.
